Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you:

• Authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• May cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing cycle

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service—including text, images, code, trademarks, and visual design—is the property of PetFriendlyJourney or its licensors. You may not reuse, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

5. Travel Information Disclaimer

The Service provides informational tools to assist with international pet travel. We do not guarantee:

• That all destination, airline, or import/export rules are accurate or up-to-date
• That you or your pet will be accepted on any flight or at any border
• That our recommendations meet your specific legal or health needs

You agree to verify all requirements with official government or airline sources before acting on information provided through the Service.

6. User Content and Submissions

If you submit content (e.g., feedback, travel suggestions, shared notes), you grant PetFriendlyJourney a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content. You confirm you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not responsible for damages related to missed flights, rejected entry, quarantine, or inaccurate policy data
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the incident

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PetFriendlyJourney, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or any breach of your representations.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or pose a risk to the platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
